Rav Matisyahu Salomon (1)

Rav Matisyahu Salomon was born and educated in Gateshead, England. He is a student of Rav Eliyahu Lopian, and a follower of the Kelm mussar school. He served as the mashgiach of Gateshead for more than 30 years, before moving to Lakewood in 1998 to become the mashgiach of the Beis Medrash Govoha. Rav Salomon has written a number of seforim, given thousands of schmuessen, and is widely recognized as one of the gedolim in America today.
